Eyecatcher Design Company Policies
 When placing an order at www.customcutstandees.com you agree to the following:
1. Every product sold by Eyecatcher Design Company, whether through the website, your written request via email/postal mail, or your request accepted verbally over the telephone, and whether created from your image or ours, are all individual custom fabrications prepared to your specifications and cannot be returned. This purchase is a binding contract. If, upon delivery of your completed fabrication, delivery is refused, payment denied or credit card charged-back, for any reason, you agree to be fully responsible for (1) the full costs of fabrication and shipping of your order and (2) Any legal expenses incurred by Eyecatcher Design Co. to recover full payment.
2. If ANY order that has yet to be fabricated is canceled prior to your receipt of a tracking number or shipment confirmation, you agree to be billed and responsible for payment of a minimum service fee equal to $25 or 20% of the order total whichever is greater. If your project has already bee fabricated you will be responsible for the full cost of fabricating your order whether you then choose to have it shipped to you or not.
3. ALL shipping is through DHL, FedEx or common carrier freight. Shipping rates are determined by carrier based on final package size/weight and destination zip code. Every fabrication made to order and shipping costs vary accordingly. Eyecatcher Design Company NEVER charges more for shipping and handling than it costs us. ALL shipments are by the least expensive/slowest option unless otherwise requested by customer in advance. Ground is 1-6 days depending upon your destination zip code. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via airmail and are subject to higher rates. Shipments to international addresses are subject to higher rates. We ship from zip code 18101. You agree that Eyecatcher Design Co., any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, employees, or heirs cannot and will not be held liable or accountable for the actions of any other carrier and therefore cannot and will not be held liable or accountable for any shipping delays or resulting damages, financial or otherwise.
4. In the unfortunate and uncommon event of product damage sustained during shipping we are glad to extend a remake or refund policy as provided by the asset value protection insurance we purchase directly through each carrier for every shipment to every customer. We MUST be notified of any product damage within 48 hours of the carrier's confirmed delivery. In the event of a damage remake we will do our best to get the replacement to you as fast as possible. You agree that Eyecatcher Design Co., any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, employees, or heirs cannot and will not be held liable or accountable for any damages, due to the actions of any carrier and therefore cannot and will not be held liable or accountable for any resulting missed deadlines.
5. You guarantee and accept full responsibility that any image you submit for use in a request for fabrication does not violate the intellectual property laws of any institution, region, country, government or other entity. You agree that you may need to provide Eyecatcher Design Company with written proof of copyright or trademark ownership, or clear permission from the rights holder.
6. You agree that Eyecatcher Design Co., any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, employees, or heirs cannot and will not be held liable or accountable for failing to meet your desired "image clarity." We ALWAYS strive to deliver our very best work on ALL custom projects. Some images just can't be done or can only achieve modest results. If at any point during progress of your project we determine, in our opinion, that an image will achieve terrible results, we will inform you prior to any fabrication. If it is determined that an image, in our opinion, will produce decent but not extraordinary results, the order will be fabricated without notification. ANY images designed to be output full-scale, vector or raster, ALWAYS look exquisite.
7. Unless you request otherwise in writing, you agree to allow Eyecatcher Design Company to use your images for display and product demonstration purposes both online and offline.
8. Unless you specifically request otherwise, all custom standees™ are seamed at the mid-point of the image to accommodate lower shipping costs and faster delivery time. We would be happy to fabricate your custom Standee(s) without any seaming however the shipment costs would be considerably more and delivery generally slower. When fabricated with a seam, even the person who saw the custom cut Standee™ out-of-the-box can hardly notice once the piece is properly standing. Most of the custom cut Standees™ displayed on our website have been seamed for demonstration purposes.
9. All orders billed to an address in Pennsylvania are charged 6% PA state sales tax regardless of shipping destination, as required by law.
10. Any information or access to information provided by you to Eyecatcher Design Company no matter the format (digital, hard-copy or verbal) will only ever be used to fulfill your requests or as required by law. Eyecatcher Design Company will NEVER sell or rent ANY information we receive from anyone about anything.
